So i traveled to Seoul via a Jumbo Taxi as i'm travelling together with the bride, the groom and the groom's family members.
Fyi, the hotels that we stayed in this trip is paid by the bride & groom so basically we only pay for our air ticket and the stuffs that we bought in Seoul. :)
The hotel we stayed in from 18th July 2013-21st July 2013 is The Plaza which is a 6 star hotel.
Here's the website of the hotel if you guys are interested. :) http://www.hoteltheplaza.com
Upon arriving at the lobby of the hotel... I'm amazed by what's directly opposite the hotel.
It's Seoul City Hall. So beautiful! :)
Here's a little history for you guys.
Seoul City Hall is a governmental building for the Seoul Metropolitan Government in South Korea, in charge of the administrative affairs of Seoul. It is located in Taepyeongno, Jung-gu, the heart of Seoul. It's located next to City Hall Station (Seoul) on Seoul Subway Line 1. In front of the city hall is old city hall building, now Seoul Metropolitan Library, and Seoul Plaza.
So now let's continue. We reached the hotel pretty early so we can't check-in yet.
So we decided to meet up with the bride side of the family for lunch first at a really beautiful restaurant.
Greeted the bride's parents and siblings in Korean :) They were all really nice and kind.
We've tried chatting with the bride's siblings in English. The whole lunch is a lot of fun and really awesome.
The dishes were really new to me too. They were just like a typical Korea drama! :)
After the lunch, we went back to our hotel. Finally checked into our beautiful hotel room.
By then it's around 4 plus in the afternoon.
Here's a few photos of my hotel room :
After we unpacked our luggage, we went out for dinner at a nearby restaurant.
I'll let the picture do the talking :)
Too Delicious!!!~ 진짜 맛있어요!!!~
